Mian Karam Ellahi Dar is the esteemed Founder and Chairman of the Mian Karam Ellahi Trust (MKET), a philanthropic institution headquartered in Lyallpur (Faisalabad), Pakistan. Renowned for his lifelong commitment to public welfare, community uplift, and humanitarian service, he has dedicated decades to advancing social development across Punjab, with a particular focus on education, healthcare, and poverty alleviation. Mian Karam Ellahi Dar, born into a respected family of Fateh Kadal, downtown Srinagar, the Independent Princely State of Jammu & Kashmir. His father Noor Din Dar was a respectable government contractor of the Sate of Jammu & Kashmir and the Government of the British India. Later, during the year 1938, he migrated from Srinagar to village Sehna Tehsil Kharian District Gujrat, British India. Later on August 14, 1947 at the time division of British India into India and Pakistan, The Sehna, Gujrat area was included in Pakistan.
